Prompt engineering was ad-hoc, creating inconsistent customer tone and safety risks.

Create a standardized environment that enforces 'Human-in-the-Loop' validation before API execution.

What I did

Built a full-stack React/Node app with a 'Governance Modal' that blocks the request until specific ethics checks (PII, Tone) are manually verified.

What came out of it

Standardized the prompt library and embedded Risk Management directly into the user interface.
